The presented study explains the scientific approach to the creation of mathematical models based on the concept of a systematic approach to solving the existing problems of the impact of floods on soil ecosystems in the Kish river valley, increasing their adequacy and applying research results to practical problems. The use of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in solving many practical problems, such as assessing soil fertility and forecasting productivity, product quality management, etc. The results are based on the rational use of natural resources and environmental protection.
